BUILDING COMPETENCE

One of the main activities of the Coffee Studio is to provide the best conditions for a professional training on coffee.

The training area has the most advanced equipment, including a Sanremo Cafè Racer  and a La Marzocco Classic two-groups machines, for professional espresso extraction; grinders, both with dispenser and on demand and micrometric, and a series of accessories and tools for brewing, aimed at making the practice of students as effective and exhaustive as possible.

The school program, presented at London Coffee Festival 2018, aims to appeal to coffee professionals, baristas and amateur coffee lovers. The school courses are split into 4 learning paths: 

1. Professional courses certified by Specialty Coffee Association (SCA).
2. Latte Art professional courses and grading examinations. The school in Clapham is the only LAGS (Latte Art Grading System) point in UK, allowed to examine and certify the level of free pouring Latte Art.
3. 7Gr. Education . A dedicated path aimed to help people that have just started their journey in the coffee world, to understand and use the main coffee extraction techniques, brewing, bartending and latte art.
4. Bespoke. Courses and guided experiences in the coffee world, designed from scratch to work on the specific aspects requested by either business or individuals.
